Frequently Asked Questions

What is ImOnHere?

ImOnHere is a creator profile, link-in-bio and analytics platform designed to bring your online presence together in one place. It gives creators a customisable home for their links, helps them understand what's getting attention and is being built to create more ways for creators to be discovered.

Who is ImOnHere for?

ImOnHere is for creators who want one place to bring together what they do online - whether they create on social platforms, run their own website, publish elsewhere or use several different services. If you have an audience, are building one, or simply want a better home for your online presence, ImOnHere is being built for you.

Is ImOnHere just another link-in-bio?

No. Link-in-bio is part of ImOnHere, but it is only the starting point. ImOnHere combines creator profiles, links and analytics with a wider creator-first platform that will continue to develop beyond Phase 1.

When does ImOnHere launch?

ImOnHere is preparing for its Phase 1 Beta. Register your interest now and we'll keep you updated as access becomes available.

Does it cost anything to register my interest?

No. Registering your interest is free and no payment card is required.

What is Phase 1?

Phase 1 introduces the core ImOnHere experience, including creator profiles, links, analytics and the first set of tools designed to help creators understand and grow their online presence.

What is Phase 2?

Phase 2 will take ImOnHere further with major additional creator-first functionality. We're deliberately keeping some of what comes next under wraps until we're ready to reveal it.

Is there a free ImOnHere account?

Yes. The Basic plan is $0 forever. It is designed to be a genuinely useful creator account, not simply a short free trial.

What is included with Basic?

The current Basic offering includes a customisable creator profile, unlimited links, core analytics, up to 90 days of analytics history and standard support.

What is ImOnHere Pro?

Pro is for creators who want additional professional tools and deeper insight. Current planned Pro features include a custom domain, enhanced customisation, enhanced analytics, enhanced links, traffic sources and visitor locations, full analytics history and priority support.

How much is Pro?

The standard advertised price for ImOnHere Pro is currently $4.99 per month.

Can I start on Basic and upgrade later?

Yes. You can start with Basic and move to Pro when you want the additional features.

What happens if I stop using Pro?

Where a paid Pro subscription applies, you will be able to cancel in accordance with the applicable subscription terms. Your account may then revert to the features available on the Basic plan rather than requiring you to leave ImOnHere entirely.
